Jill Gardner (Eugene Opera’s “luscious” Musetta in our last La Boheme) returns to Eugene as the doomed courtesan Violetta. Joining her will be her real-life husband, international opera and concert star Jake Gardner, as Germont.

Puccini’s personal favorite opera, set in Gold Rush California, tells of the independent saloon-owner Minnie, loved by the sheriff Jack Rance and who falls in love with the dangerous stranger, Dick Johnson. The Metropolitan Opera's Emily Pulley stars as Minnie in the production.
Season subscriptions will be available after May 31, 2013. Single tickets will be available after October 25, 2013.
