Ticket sales alone do not generate the revenue necessary to sustain the extensive performances and educational activities
of the
Eugene Opera. The Opera therefore looks to its donors for contributions that continue to make high-quality opera
available in Eugene and other communities in Western Oregon.

Here are ways to make a donation to Eugene Opera:

1. Commit to a multi-year gift. No amount needs to be paid in full in one lump sum. It can be paid monthly, semiannually,
or with any plan that you devise. With multi-year gifts, Eugene Opera will have a more stable financial base upon which to
plan future productions.

2. Give a gift in honor of a loved one or someone who has made a significant difference in your life. For example, Philip
and Sandra Piele donated the First Prize of $5,000 in the annual Belle Voci National Vocal Competition and Concert in
honor of Sandra's mother, Shirley J. Wright.

3. Pay for a guest artist's fee – be an artist mentor. A leading singer can cost between $2,000 and $4,000 per performance.

4. Pay for an orchestral musician. A principal orchestral musician currently costs around $100 per rehearsal
or about $800 per opera production.

Any gift or pledge you make will be gratefully received. There are many different ways of giving:

You can also give to Eugene Opera through support of our Galas and Special Events, and by becoming a subscriber.
