Eugene Opera’s new production will be the first-ever re-thinking of the masterpiece The New York Times calls “audacious, moving, and inspired.” Metropolitan Opera artist Lee gregory, soprano sensation Kelly Kaduce, and general Director Mark Beudert head the cast. It will be presented with the University of Oregon’s commemoration of the 40th anniversary of Richard Nixon’s historic visit to China.
