Dine on the stage of the Hult!

You are invited to a unique Eugene Opera event in a very special location: Our Aria Auction Dinner, held this year on the stage of the Silva Concert Hall at the Hult Center! If you have ever wanted to enjoy the talents of international opera stars in a private and magical setting and have them sing your most beloved arias, songs, and classics from musical theatre, this night is for you!

On Thursday evening, March 4, 2010, Eugene Opera and our sponsor, MCS Financial Advisors, are proud to present the international cast of stars for FAUST in a wonderful evening that pairs wine and fine food with the romance and glamour of Opera.

Upon your arrival at 6:00 PM, you will have an opportunity to mingle with other opera lovers and get to know the stars over wine and hors d’oeurves. After an elegant dinner (crafted especially for us), the real fun begins!

Our artists have prepared a list of favorite arias, songs, and ensembles from opera and musical theater. The list is too long to perform all this great music, so it’s up to you to bid on the favorites that you want to hear!  Our accompanist will be Eugene Opera’s new Music Director Andrew Bisantz, who may have a party piece of his own to add to the festivities!

Many other wonderful surprises will be featured at this festive evening (black tie optional) in a unique setting full of theatrical romance and excellent acoustics!  It’s a wonderful way to meet some of the best operatic talent in America today and most importantly to keep these wonderful artists coming to our own Eugene Opera.
